Bavarian concern BMW has finished manufacture of new model Z4 at North American factory in South Carolina.

The management of the Bavarian concern officially declared end of manufacture of roadsters and compartment Z4 in the USA. At factory in South Carolina where the conveyor on assemblage BMW Z4 worked since 2002, it is supposed to let out now new generations of crossovers X3 and X6. On re-equipment of an assembly line the Bavarian concern is intended will enclose the $750 million First crossovers are released next year, writes edition MotorAuthority.

Following generation of car BMW Z4 will present this year in November on the international motor show in Los Angeles. Manufacture of new model will adjust in the homeland of the car in Germany in Regensburg.

It is expected, that in a base complete set the car will be equipped with the 2-litre motor with system of direct injection of fuel power of 185 h.p. Also in a ruler of power-plants there will be two more engines power of 230 h.p. and 321 h.p. Probably, in the future on the market there is also a version of a cabriolet with the 450-strong motor in volume of 4 l.

Sales of the new BMW Z4 starts next year.
