German autoconcern Porsche prepares for a batch production the second generation elite sport penalty Cayenne which first images have appeared in a global network thanks to diligence of tireless paparazzi.

For today it is possible to ascertain only, that the prototype of well-known “pepper” differs from the predecessor more modest dimensions. Also it is known, that as base for Cayenne II will serve Audi Q5, and in the market the off-road car will appear in the end of 2010.

The updated crossover becomes more economic, though under cowl Porsche Cayenne II will put all the same V8 in volume 4.8 l, and also V6 in volume 3.6 l, novelty power-plants considerably optimise - their power will increase, and fuel consumption will be reduced.

Besides, the manufacturer from Stuttgart is intended to let out diesel version Cayenne, and also a hybrid which, basically, is planned to realise in the North American market.
